We've simplified record-keeping for expenses. It's nearly impossible to list all of the different types of expenses that a small business may have. So, we make it quick and easy to select an expense type by only listing common ones and providing an "Other" type.
When you had the expense.
Select the type of expense that fits the best.
What is the expense? Be detailed enough so that you could tell someone else what it was. Always keep your receipts, as well.
Just use the key pad to enter the amount spent.
You must enter offerings that your business provides to others. You select these offerings when you make a sale to show what was sold to the customer.
What you offer customers. Items are also called Offerings.
Your price for the item. This is your standard price. You can change the price in a sale, so it's flexible.
State whether the item is priced per item, per hour, per month, per minute, per week, or per day.
Click on the Add New Offering button.
Click on an item name to modify or delete the item.
Click on the navigation buttons (PREV, FIRST, LAST, NEXT) to order the view of your items.
Click on the Sort button to open sorting options to view your items.
